Our secure Patient Portal allows you to conveniently view and download your medical images and reports anytime, anywhere, using most internet browsers or mobile devices.

What to Expect:

  • Images Available Same Day: Typically, your images will be uploaded to the portal on the same day as your scan.
  • Reports Within 7 to 14 Days: Reports are generally finalized and available within this timeframe.

Privacy Notice: Your personal information is securely collected for the purpose of registering your details and providing access to your patient portal. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring your data remains confidential in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

  • After your appointment, our friendly reception team will assist in creating your account.
  • You will receive an email with the Patient Portal URL and an activation code.

Steps to Activate Your Account:

  1. Open the email and click on the portal link.
  2. Enter the activation code provided.
  3. Create a username and password to log in.

Our clinic reception team will create your account and send you the activation details.

Downloading is not available; however, you can print or copy and paste the report content directly from your browser.

Reports are usually available within 7 days after your exam is finalized. If the delay is longer, contact our clinic for assistance.

Images are stored in the “My Exam History” section. Click on an exam to view images as thumbnails, which can be enlarged for better detail.

Yes. In the Image Viewer, click the “Download” button to save the images.
