Echocardiogram
An echocardiogram, also known as a cardiac ultrasound, is a non-invasive imaging procedure that uses high-frequency sound waves to generate detailed images of the heart. This test allows healthcare providers to evaluate the heart’s structure, function, and surrounding blood vessels in real time. It is commonly used to diagnose heart conditions, monitor cardiac health, and guide treatment decisions.
